Introduction: Gallstone disease is one of the most common problem affecting digestive tract. Through experience it has been accepted that bile in normal conditions remains sterile. Bactibilia a finding individuals at high risk or with complicated cholecystolithiasis, however few data prevails about prevalence bactibilia patients operated on for uncomplicated laparoscopic cholecystectomy. There usage preoperative and postoperative antibiotics different without existence any actual bacteriologic epidemiologic evidence. Material methods: 222 diagnosis cholecystolithiasis postoperated cholecystectomy had sent to bacteriology. Bile was aspirated from gall bladder during Results: identified 50 (23%) cultures mild chronic cholecystitis. A total 172 negative were obtained (77) positive (23%). In present study out patients, 32 (64%) females 18 (36%) males. We found 25 (50%) black pigmented stones, 15 (30%) brown 10 (20%) cholesterol stones. this culture showing growth following organisms. The commonest organism Enterococcus (32%) followed by E. coli (26%), Klebsiella (14%). Conclusions: long known be associated biliary tract diseases culturable bacteria can represent state asymptomatic which disseminate after intervention causing infective complication.
